Yogurt, susu asli yg dikulturkan mempunyai khasiat tersendiri disamping pembekal protein yg tinggi.Kajian yg dijalankan oleh Jurnal Obstetrik & Ginekologi Amerika membuktikan pengambilan 200mg yogurt dan juga sumber kalsium karbonat lain membantu kesakitan di bhg ari2 dan menghilangkan gejala pms sebanyak 54%. Gantikan snek minom ptg anda dgn yogurt yg sehat terutamanye ketika PMS melanda.
