Preparing Myself…
Starting from I need to take a drastic change…yeah my eating habit..From now I will take a more healthy and well balanced diet..I need to eat healthier..Drop off my habit drinking coffee and nescafe too..my routine ‘teh panas’ also kick away…What i’m going to drink erkkk????
OKlaa since all this i need to change, i think i’m going for Barley and milk or soya hurmmm oklaaa since jemulaa minom milo…and now no nasi lemak for breakfast..yuna rase tiap2 pg makan nasi lemak kt opis…tp yuna x lunch lepas tu..tuka menu la…roti canai pon x bole..erkkk nape tekak neh rase nk mkn megi???
Actually now i’m preparing for pregnancy…sbb yuna baca kesihatan badan sebelum pregnant bole ade kesan -ve atau +ve dlm badan..Yuna dh hampir sebulan amalkan makan asid folic…Yuna pon akan try tido awal..jgn asik mengadap pc jer…and lastly my emotion…my mind control…lately i’m so depressed at work and home..maybe affect to my mental health..hurmmm So now yuna tanak lagi fikirkan pasal perkara2 yg akan menganggu fikiran yuna…stay calm and cool…and finallyI need to pray for this..berserah kpd Allah…aminn…
